Terms and Conditions

1. Services

Select Steam provides residential and commercial cleaning, including deep cleaning, sanitizing, mobile detailing, power washing, furniture and appliance cleaning, apartment turnovers, restaurant hood cleaning and memorial/headstone care. Quotes are estimates and may change after an on-site review.

2. Bookings and deposits

• An appointment window is held only after the holding deposit (50% of the quoted price, unless stated otherwise) is paid.
• Approved Net 30 business accounts are billed on their agreed terms and are not required to pay a deposit.
• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Deposits for late cancellations or no-shows may be kept to cover the reserved time.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers. Unpaid balances on Net 30 accounts are due within 30 days of the invoice date.

4. Access, safety and property

You agree to provide safe access to the service location, utilities where needed, and to tell us about fragile, valuable or damaged items before work begins. Report any concern within 48 hours of service so we can make it right.

5. Phone calls and recordings

Calls to our line may be answered by our AI receptionist and may be recorded and transcribed for quality, booking and training purposes. Callers are notified at the start of each call.

6. SMS / text messaging terms

• Program: Select Steam customer care and appointment messages.
• Messages you may receive: booking confirmations, invoices and deposit pay links, appointment reminders, photo-upload links, technician updates and service feedback requests.
• Frequency: message frequency varies based on your bookings.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final confirmation message.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or call (888) 898-2807.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Select Steam's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service involved.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
