SMS Opt-In & Opt-Out Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Select Steam sends text messages from our toll-free number (888) 898-2807 only to customers who ask for them. This page shows exactly how consent is given and how to stop messages.

How customers opt in

  • By phone: when booking on (888) 898-2807, our receptionist asks: "Should I email you the invoice, or text this phone a pay link so you can lock in your date?" Texts are sent only if the caller says yes to texting.
  • On our website: when a customer enters a mobile number on a booking or quote form and agrees to receive texts.

Consent language shown to customers:

"By providing your phone number and agreeing, you consent to receive text messages from Select Steam about your booking, including confirmations, invoices, pay links, reminders and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Terms and Privacy Policy at selectsteam.net."
